Description

The ice blue cichlid (Maylandia greshakei), also known as William’s Mbuna or the red top ice blue zebra, is a striking freshwater fish from Lake Malawi, Africa. Male fish display a bright ice-blue body with a vibrant orange or red dorsal fin, while females have a more muted, brownish coloration. This species belongs to the Mbuna group of cichlids, which are known for their lively and territorial nature.
