Description

The Cardinal Tetra (Paracheirodon axelrodi) is one of the most popular and vibrant freshwater schooling fish in the Southeast Asian (SEA) aquarium hobby. Though native to the blackwater rivers of South America, captive-bred specimens from major aquaculture hubs across Asia have made them widely accessible, affordable, and adaptable to home aquariums throughout the region.
