Description

The Black Golden Oranda Goldfish is a favoured variant of Oranda Goldfish for its fully black and gold body and long flowing tail.

Black Orandas are not recommended for beginners as they are delicate. They have a lower tolerance to polluted water and cannot thrive in extremely cold temperatures. Their hood is also susceptible to fungus, bacterial infections, and stuck debris. Doing regular water changes and keeping the water clean keeps them happy and healthy. Avoid mixing them with faster and more competitive tankmates.

They can be fed with commercially available flakes or pellet foods for Goldfish. Live food is also a good source of protein in the form of bloodworms, Daphnia, and Artemia
